Thank you for subscribing for updates on the Hants Covid Travel Map scheme from Commonplace. Hampshire County Council are now moving to a new platform and if you would like to continue to be kept up-to-date on this scheme, please fill out this form .
Our Active Places Survey is now open. The survey is all about understanding what it is like to walk, scoot, cycle or use a wheelchair, mobility scooter and/or pushchair in Hampshire. This is not just about Active Travel for pleasure but as a mode of day-to-day transport e.g. getting to work, the shops or school.
Please fill out this short survey to help us understand the good and the bad of Active Travel in Hampshire. Your views will help to inform our new walking and cycling design principles which will shape future schemes in Hampshire.
To accompany your survey there is the opportunity to send us photographs illustrating how you feel about Active Travel in Hampshire and showing areas that work and areas that do not. If you have your photos ready you can upload them at the end of the survey. This will be really important to help us demonstrate best practice or where improvements need to be made.
If you would like help to complete this survey or have any queries please contact Hampshire County Council by emailing insight@hants.gov.uk
The survey is open from Tuesday 1st September and closes at 11.59pm on Monday 21st September. Please note that any responses received after this date will not be included in the findings report.

We have downloaded all suggestions and are reviewing them to inform our bid to the DfT’s Emergency Active Travel Fund Tranche 2 due on 7th August. The site will remain open for comments for now, and these can be considered as part of future transport plans.
In the meantime, you can see details of all pop-up schemes installed or in planning on our website https://hantscovidtravelmap.commonplace.is
Many of the suggestions made by you have already resulted in schemes on the ground. On our website you can also find details of how to provide feedback on schemes near you; we’d love to hear your feedback.
